Have you ever heard of Javita? If so, you may be wondering, "Is Javita a scam?" Is it s a legit way to earn money? Is this MLM worth your time, money, and effort?
First, let me welcome you to my unbiased Javita review.
From the start, Javita tries to separate from other MLMs by selling coffee. Now, you might think, "There are other networking schemes that already sell coffee." Yes, but this MLM aims to be different by selling healthy coffee.
At its core, coffee has many health benefits. Javita has a distinct mix of flavors and ingredients. These components may provide extra advantages to users. But, what about its compensation plan? I know you have a lot in your mind right now about this company. So, I'm not going to let you wait any longer. Here's the review.
Product Name: Javita
Founders: Stan Cherelstein
Price: $99 USD
What is Javita About?
Javita is an MLM and coffee company. But, it's only a sister company to another MLM firm called Waiora. Primarily, Javita markets itself as a company selling weight-loss products. However, it puts its health & wellness focus to drinking special coffee.
First, know that the company claims their weight-loss items have scientific backing. It claims that scientific research helped the firm create their special blends. However, there's not enough concrete evidence to prove those promises.
A quick Google search about Javita's coffee told me a lot about it. In fact, majority of the search results I found pointed to negative feedback. Still, there are a few people who said the coffee worked for them. But, take note, it's only a few folks who made positive reviews.
Like other similar MLMs, Javita has a deep focus on health & wellness. In fact, it doesn't delve into other niches but that industry. So, if you're going to become a member, know you're about to enter a saturated market.
But, if you're still keeping your interests in check, then here's the Javita product line:
According to the website, these products are for people who want to be fit and healthy. In fact, try to check the ActiveBlendz page. In here, you'll even see statement that these products are for the "on-the-go superhero."
Parent Company Waiora
As mentioned earlier, Waiora is the parent company of Javita. Before we proceed, let's take a quick look at Waiora, shall we?
Now, Waiora is another MLM company founded in 2004. However, it claims to have over 130 years of experience in direct selling in the same industry. The company aims to commit its products to help people "rediscover life." Furthermore, this MLM aims to give fitness enthusiasts a lucrative business opportunity.
Take note, it's not uncommon for MLMs to have legal bouts. But, I couldn't find any lawsuits against Javita. In fact, I couldn't find a lawsuit with Javita in it. So, that's a good sign, right?
Yes, there's no lawsuit concerning Javita. But, there's a large lawsuit filed against its parent company. Back in 2012, one of the company's products is basically water. However, Waiora claims said product isn't watered down.
Check out this image taken from behindmlm.com:
According to the report, the company labeled the product with 2,400 mg of zeolite. However, lab results found out that the amount is only 150 mg. Furthermore, extra analysis revealed the amount of zeolite is inconsistent in the product. Testing the same product from another bottle may result in an even fewer amount of zeolite.
Waiora had to pay $12 million USD to settle the legal claim. Now, it raises questions as to the amount of ingredients in the company's products are worth it.
How Does Javita Work?
Again, Javita is an MLM company, at its core. Hence, it should have a compensation plan for its distributors, right? Well, that's true on that note. For this company, it has two main methods for you to earn extra income, which are:
#1. Direct Sales - Like other direct marketing companies, Javita lets members earn through direct sales. Simply put, if you sell its products, you earn in commissions from those sales.
#2. Recruitment - Again, recruitment is another MLM-integrated scheme. Simply speaking, the more people in your network, the more chances of earning.
The Javita Compensation Plan
Unlike other MLMs, Javita makes use of a unilevel organization in building a network. However, there's no limit to the number of people you can add as your downline. But, the payout will max out up until the 15th level of your personal network.
At first, the commission pays a flat 4%. With that amount, it's not bad, but it's also won't blow your socks off. Furthermore, the company bases that percentage with the total Organizational Volume (OV) sold. In other words, this MLM pays you 4% of the total earnings of the entire organization. Think about it in another way. Help your team grow to help the company grow to let the company help you.
Well, does that make sense? If not, just think about it this way. What goes around, comes around. But, in Javita's case, it's the money that goes around.
Now, let's talk more about how to make money as a member in Javita.
1. Direct Sales Profit
Again, it's the standard money-making scheme for most (if not all) MLMs. For Javita, you'll earn a standard 30% commission whenever you make a sale. Furthermore, you can use your personal MyJavita website to gain more sales. Otherwise, your customers can put you as the seller when they buy products from the main site.
2. Bonuses & Commissions
#1. First Order Bonus
Next, there's the First Order Bonus. For this part of the compensation plan, you'll get a bonus upon purchase of your first order. You'll get bonuses ranging from $20 to $250 USD depending on the package you buy from the start.
#2. Top Enroller Bonus
Earn anywhere from $500 to $2,000 USD from this bonus. However, the company must recognize you as a top recruiter first.
#3. Luxyry Car Bonus
Now, this bonus might get your interests heated up. Hard-working Javita members have the chance to get a brand new BMW car. Well, so the company says. Nonetheless, you're only eligible for this bonus if you reach a specific rank.
#4. Team Commissions
Javita's compensation for team commissions is self-explanatory. But, it's also nice to see a straightforward payout system for this bonus. Again, you'll only get team commissions up to the 15th level of your network.
3. Other Ways to Earn in Javita
In truth, there are other ways to earn as a Javita entrepreneur. Aside from what I've already mentioned, here other methods to earn extra income from this MLM:
What is the Price of Javita?
In truth, Javita's prices are cheaper than opening a physical store. After all, to open a brick-and-mortar shop, you'd have to pay at least $100 thousand USD. Also, that's for a small startup store. Remember, every business venture is a gamble. Hence, the less money you have to shell out, the smaller the risks.
With that in mind, Javita's prices are cheap, but they're not the cheapest. Let's look at the different fees Javita charges its new members:
1. $99 Package - This package is at the lowest-tier. Hence, you'll get the least benefits with this package. Nonetheless, you'll still get a number of samples to offer to people during your meetings.
2. $599 Package - Start at this package, and you'll unlock all bonuses and commissions from the start. Furthermore, you'll gain larger discounts from the Javita Member Shop. Therefore, you can sell the company's coffees at a cheaper price.
2. $999 Package - The largest package of the three. For this starter plan, you gain all benefits from the previous packages. Also, you'll achieve a high rank from the get-go. In fact, you'll even qualify for the Luxury Car Bonus from the beginning.

Who is the Founder of Javita?
Javita's sole founder is Stanley J. Cherelstein. Also, he's the CEO and President of Waiora. It was back in 2011 when Stanley created Javita. Furthermore, it was about 7 years since the birth of Waiora. However, it's important to note that Stanley has years of experience in the network marketing industry. In fact, he now has 19 years of experience, at the time of writing.
Is Javita a Scam? Hidden Truths Revealed!
As an MLM, Javita isn't a scam. Its compensation plan is as legit as it can be. However, it can be a scam in other aspects, namely for its products.
The company overpromises the efficacy of its products. I did intensive research on the matter. As for my results, I came up with many negative reviews about its health & wellness products. A majority of users complained minimal to no success after using the product.
Hence, Javita AND its parent company are deceiving people! You can't be too sure about its products' efficacy. Furthermore, my research tells me that certain users complained about side effects. After consuming Javita's products, you may experience certain side effects. These adverse effects may include upset stomach or insomnia.
1. The Steep Competition
Another reason why I don't recommend joining this MLM is because of the competition. Remember, there is a saturation problem experienced by the health & wellness industry. Join this company now, and you'll compete with the likes of other MLMs in the same niche. Furthermore, you have to compete with other physical and online retailers.
2. The Steep Prices
Yes, the standard $99 USD price won't break the bank too much. However, if you want to opt for the best benefits, then you have to shell out more money. Interested members who are in a budget may feel left out. It's like the rich become richer from the start. Well, it doesn't mean you don't have a fighting chance if you start at the bottom. Nonetheless, it's going to be a very tough fight to climb to the top.
The PROS of Javita:
The CONS of Javita:
So, is Javita a scam? For the most part, I'm going to say that it's a scam. Yes, the company offers a decent compensation plan. But, you can't disregard it's over-promised claims. After its parent company's legal battle, it's now difficult to believe the company. Now, you may have doubts about the contents of its products.
Also, let's not forget about the possibility of getting adverse effects from its products. After reading a few reviews, it's a scary thought. After all, you don't want to hurt yourself from drinking Javita coffee or tea.
A Better Way to Make Money
Hopefully, I've talked you out of joining Javita. Well, I'm still not going to stop you if you want to join after reading my review. Nonetheless, remember that the success rate is too low. You'll need to go through very steep competition to succeed.
